Who are retreats designed for?
Primarily working professionals aged 30–55 who are experiencing burnout, life transitions, or a sense of being stuck. You do not need prior experience with wellness or personal development to benefit.
How long are the retreats?
Most retreats run over a weekend (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon) or as a 4–5 day programme. We also offer bespoke private retreat programmes for individuals or small groups.
Do I need to be fit or flexible for a retreat?
No. Our retreats are not fitness boot camps. Movement sessions are gentle and optional. The focus is on mental and emotional restoration, not physical performance.
Are retreats held year-round?

Can I attend a retreat if I'm also doing coaching?
